Hmmm. I'm shrugging my shoulders, not really knowing what this means for myself and my family. However, if McCain had won, I think I would be doing the same thing.

a reduction in the military...will Chaplains be the first to go? I know my God has it all under control and that I don't have to be afraid, but questions are looming. How can we elect a president who won't even show proof that he is eligible for this position. Why is it so difficult for him to show his birth certificate? Wouldn't he WANT it cleared so that people will just drop the matter? Why are just over 50% of the people in this country able to overlook the fact that his friends are unapologetic terrorists and American-hating "preachers." Why are his college records sealed? is it because he was here as a foreign exchange student receiving foreign aid to pay for his education? I am truly blown away at the hundreds of tiny (or not so TINY) warning flags that have been raised in the past 6 months that just so many can just ignore. I would also not prefer to live in a socialistic society, but we'll see. I've always viewed the office of President as one to be proud of and to hold in respect. I will give this a valiant effort, but this is the man who is to be the Commander in Chief of this Army and he is not proud of our country! That makes it difficult to be proud of him. I am truly praying he surprises me in a positive way, but I am seeing red flags and my intuition is telling me Americans have made a huge mistake.
I'm fearful! Fearful of so many thing! Our country just needs to come together in prayer!
I am fearful for the direction the country seems to be going. Godless. Or at least the media likes to make us think it is. I am prayerful over the country as a whole, and the president elect.
