1. Potty training is going as well as potty training can be expected to go. I haven't found Bull's "sweet spot" for reward. Gator was over the moon for stickers (and still is). Bull couldn't care less about stickers, and M&Ms aren't doing it. Flushing the toilet seems to be a big deal though...
2. Gator is swimming a few feet in the water by himself now. He's come a long way in two weeks. He even brags about going underwater. Bull is doing well too. He loves being in the water and is also swimming underwater for a few seconds.
3. I found the best organization tool! If you look closely in the last post of the boys' bedroom, you can see the red bins on the window seat and the bookshelves. They're dish pans!!! The best thing about them is that they are less than $2 at Wal-Mart! Perhaps some of you people don't have kids that pull their toys off the shelf in a semi-violent manner at times. But I do. So these things work wonders! They're sturdy and cheap!
4. We went to Wal-Mart today and my kids were well-behaved the entire time! A welcome blessing for this mom! And to top it off, they both fell asleep on the way home, so now I have some quiet time to really work hard (as soon as I'm done blogging!).

dish pans! i am so doing that! maybe that will keep the 'flinging' to a minimum. :)
None of my kids cared anything about stickers - M & M's usually worked though. Thanks for the dish pan idea! That is great, and I'm surprised more people haven't thought of that! I'll be getting some today. How did you get 2 sleeping kids out of the car - and have them stay asleep? That was a blessing!
