...with the angels because Gator accepted Christ as his Savior. (Luke 15:7)
Hubs and I had the privilege of watching our eldest son come to a saving knowledge of Christ last night around 8:30. We are so thankful for our Lord's mercy and saving grace!
Have you accepted Christ?
Romans 10:9-10 says "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she smiles at the future. Proverbs 31:25

Please pray...
Kelly had a baby girl a couple of hours ago. Baby Harper has fluid on her lungs and had to be life-flighted to the children's hospital. Please pray for this new little one. Mom had a really hard delivery, so lift her up as well.
It's cold...but not that cold.
I'm having a moment right now.
I'm realizing that while it is insanely chilly (a mere 34 degrees) for this southern girl living in the southeast, it is even more insanely cold (18 degrees, wind chill of 4 degrees with snow) in the place I will be living at this time next year. And there are places in the "lower 48" that will be much, much, much colder than that this week.
Y'all.
Seriously.
I don't know what I'm gonna' do!
I've had very kind friends give me tips on survival in such cold conditions, all the while stifling the giggles (I can hear them!) over my complete ineptitude on real winter weather. But when it comes down to it, I am overwhelmed.
My kids fought me this morning while trying to layer them up this morning. In fact, Bull is continuing to complain that he has two shirts on today. Gator doesn't like to wear hats. I hesitate to tell him that he just needs to suck it up! because he will wear one every day next winter!
For now I will try to relish in the fact that I am relatively warm at a balmy 34 degrees.
Maybe I'll just fill up the pool and go for a swim.
Maybe not.
