My sister is having another girl! We're going to have a very busy end of the summer! As I've already posted here, Hubs' sister is having a boy. I need to get moving on their gifts!
Gator is still getting used to his new school. His teacher is wonderful and two of his classmates live on our street! Bull is getting used to not having Gator around. He says, "I wahn my bruver." It's precious and I love it! I'm so glad that my boys love each other and get along well.
There are no more boxes, but the house is not put together yet. I had to stop putting things away and start making things pretty. I lost my motivation to tackle the big jobs! So, I'm taking a break and hanging curtains and art.
True to form, our calendar is filling up very quickly. In the first week we were here, I was invited to three coffees (Army spouse get-togethers), the first of which is tonight. We're up to five coffees now! This weekend, we are going to a Strong Bonds retreat. Hubs will have to facilitate these in the future, so we look forward to the hands-on learning experience. Next weekend, we will be heading to Spring Canyon for the advisory board meeting. Can't wait to see those mountains!
Pictures will come soon!
